Amongst Sheffield's suburbs one of the nicest is Nether Edge. The tree lined streets and traffic calming schemes give the neighbourhood a feeling of genteel prosperity. Here you can visit a cafe whose ambience reminds one more of The Netherlands or Germany. There are candles and wooden tables and smoking is allowed. Cafe #9 serves a wide choice of coffee and meals during daytime and early evening. People who bring their own wine may drink it with their meal. The clientele includes many local artists and actors.
