CULTURAL INDUSTRIES QUARTER
Sheffield is a 'rust-belt' city. Like many such Cities in the UK they
have set up a Cultural Industries Quarter. At the moment this is based
on a Cinema, some Council run recording studios, called RED TAPE
SHEFFIELD Redundant Technology Initiative.
